You can’t select if you get a VM image for Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro. You just have to either use a non-Windows PC (Linux, Mac, Android, whatever.) or use a user-agent spoofer tool so Microsoft's website thinks you're not in Windows. The VM images are available for Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1/ and Windows 10. This is a ready image of the 'Windows 7 Pro' Operating System and it only needs to be imported into VirtualBox.
